A Quick Start Implementation Package is a services engagement ranging from 100 to 150 hours that is perfectly suited for a businesses looking to quickly deploy Salesforce Communities for up to 50,000 users. There are many ways to implement a Community, using templates, configuration, coding, or even Salesforce’s own Sites. Service Cloud Gurus has compiled two Quick Start options to provide small and medium businesses with a cost effective way to quickly implement a Community to support your customers. If your requirements go beyond our current Quick Start Package offerings, we also provide Custom Implementation services to handle any of your unique requirements. ​

Quick Config Option:
Using the Salesforce platform configuration tools, SCG can create a basic Customer Community in an engagement of 100 hours. All of the power of the Service Cloud can be exposed in the configured Community to allow your customers to create Cases, Search Knowledge, and get support on your products and services.
This option combines the standard Salesforce interface and your logo and colors for the quickest possible Community roll out.

Template Option:
Using a template, SCG can create a sophisticated Customer Community in an engagement of 150 hours. The Community template provides an elegant and powerful, mobile-responsive self-service website where your customers can post questions to the community, search for and view knowledge articles, and contact support agents by creating cases.
This option combines a high-end user interface and your branding and images with predefined page templates for a quick Community roll out.
